Diets are BAD!
Yes, it’s true…Diets are terrible for you!
I know, I know…popular opinion is that diets are a great way to get back into shape and shed pounds. So, what’s the problem?
The problem is that the implication of the word “diet” is that this is a temporary change. “I’m gonna go on a diet for a couple of months to get in shape for summer beach season!” Well, guess what happens when you go off the diet after the weight loss…YOU GAIN IT ALL BACK and more often than not, wind up heavier than you did before the diet!
This type of yoyoing wreeks havoc on the body, and is very unhealthy. Despite what you may think about losing weight, you should never go on a diet! So what’s the alternative? Tune in and you’ll find out ![]()
